But remember, in order to do what Amazon does, you’ll need a massive amount of staff members, and you’ll also have to do certain policies and orders that can be very difficult to implement.

Instead of being a copycat according to their Warehouse inventory management, you’re better off starting small and doing something much more doable for your company. In the end, you’ll not only have a better way of tracking your inventory, but it’ll ensure that it’s a pleasant transition for your workers, too.
